Finance Program (FEA)

A 2-year program with �����˿�����'s Finance and Accounting organization across North America.��

FEA is a 2 year rotational program, comprised of four, 6-month rotations. Program participants will learn about diverse finance disciplines, including accounting, service operations finance, manufacturing finance, commercial project management, sales, and business controlling.

Who should apply?

- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or other business-related disciplines

- Candidates who have graduated within 12 months of the program start date

- Willingness to travel and relocate through the duration of the program

- Internship, co-op, or relevant work experience would be an advantage

Early Career Field Service Engineer Training Program

Learn on the job with this one-year training program, in Canada, Turkey, South Africa or Saudi Arabia with specialized opportunities.

Join our one-year training program to become a Field Service Engineer including classroom and on-the-job training. This is a global program offered in Canada, Turkey, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and has specialized opportunities in the following areas:��Project Management Services, Field Technology Services, Turbine Services, Generator Services, and Plant Auxiliary Services.

Summer Intern Program

The 2025 Summer Internship Program is open to students who are presently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States. The purpose of the program is to provide students with relevant work experience and exposure to the Energy Industry.

The �����˿����� Internship Program has roles across all areas of our business. It is a ten week program that kicks off in June and ends in August. The program provides students with an opportunity to work on projects relevant to their field of study. In addition to project work, we host an executive speaker series, learning and development opportunities, networking events with other intern groups, and visits to the �����˿����� Innovation Center and Wind Training Facility.����

EDP

EDP aims to develop new engineers to keep up with technological advancements and ensure long-term success, leadership, and adaptability for our business. The EDP program combines classroom learning with engineering and manufacturing work assignments.

EDP is a one year program, comprised of 3 rotations. Participants will potentially work in Manufacturing, Repairs, R&D, Field Service, Engineering, or Product Support; and will gain hands on exposure to real business challenges, along with ongoing learning and development opportunities.
